The best fish soup in Ustka at Columbus Tavern

August 2025 will remain in our memory for a long time - it was then that our Baltic soup won the title of the best fish soup in Ustka!
In a competition organized by the City of Ustka, in which the best restaurants in the city took part, visitors, tourists and Internet users decided: it was the taste of fish soup from the Columbus restaurant that won their hearts and taste buds.

The City of Ustka in August 2025, as part of the Fish Harvest Festival - City Festival, organized a unique plebiscite - voting for the best fish soup. Almost all of the city's best-known catering establishments entered the competition. It was a real feast for lovers of fish cuisine: everyone could try different versions of the traditional Ustka soup and cast their vote for the one they liked best.

There was no doubt among tourists, residents and Internet users - it was the Baltic soup served at the Columbus restaurant on the Promenade that was voted the best fish soup in Ustka.

Festival of fish dishes - Ustka 2025

It is worth mentioning that the awarding of our soup took place during the 1st edition of the Fish Dish Festival in Ustka.
Although we did not participate in the additional competition for five selected restaurants, it was in the main poll that our Baltic soup won the most recognition.

The festival promoted local cuisine, healthy eating habits and coastal culinary heritage. It was a great opportunity to taste various fish dishes, share opinions and - of course - vote for the favorite soup.
